Refund policy
We have a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT.
We only accept replacements if the product you received:
- Is in a damaged condition
- Is missing parts
- Is a different product than the one you ordered

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Refund or Coupon Credit
Once we receive your returned product, you’ll get a full-value coupon for your next purchase on Aasan Kharidari.
If you choose to receive a refund to your bank account or UPI, a ₹100 processing fee will be deducted only if the mistake is from your side. If the mistake is from our side, you’ll receive a full refund without any deduction.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like personalized or made-to-order items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
